I’m Ashley, your body’s guide to weight loss and hormonal health in your 30's & beyond.

I’ve been where you’ve been. Frustrated, invalidated, and questioning -- what does my body really need? During my pursuit for better health, I became dismayed by the lack of information we have about our unique female bodies and saddened by the way dieting taught us absolutely nothing about how to support a body that thrives as we age.

As a Functional Dietitian (and food lover), I’ve helped hundreds of women get to the root cause of their hormone imbalances and weight loss resistance to reclaim joy and live a life of confidence.

The most notable physical change has been my PMS symptoms. After coming off birth control 2.5 years ago my period has been a mess- unpredictable and with horrible symptoms.
